Registration fee includes:

Space is limited, so please register early to ensure your place. You will receive confirmation of your Conference registration. Please provide e-mail address. After June 1, add a late fee of $100 per person.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be requested via email by June 1. There will be a $50 processing fee. Cancellations requested between June 1 and June 17 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after that date, but you may send another person in your place.
Purchase Orders
Each individual must be listed on the purchase order and must complete a registration form. Please indicate a contact person on purchase orders for more than one person.Your registration will not be processed without a copy of your purchase order.
Special Services
If you require special services, please send us a description of your needs. Requests must be received by June 10 to allow ample time to accommodate. Special housing requirements should be discussed directly with the hotel.
